TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SARIGERME TOUR

1- At the time of Booking you must let us know if you or any one in your party has a medical condition not matter how small.

2- On all our excursions and services anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times which must be either the parent(s) or a legal guardian.

3- Legal Guardians or Parents alone are responsible for anyone under 18 in their parties

4- You must be ready to be collected at the arranged pick up point and arranged pick up time, if you fail to be ready to be picked up, we have the right to not to wait and you will be not refunded. This is due to not to cause any inconvinience to our other waiting customers as you would appreciate.

5- If you decide to cancel any services you have booked with us , this can be done 24 Hours prior to start time of the agreed service which includes Airport Transfer, Excursions and Car Hire. There may be 20% cancelation fee apply.

6- If you book any service with us and not be able to cancel it 24 Hours prior, we may/will not refund your money, however, you can change it to another date.

7- If you book any of our Culture Trips such as Rhodos, if you wish to cancel it , you must cancel it 24 hours before the trip as there will be no refund after that.

8- Our Customers are fully insured on accidental events during excursions.
